HR Relations Assistant
HR Assistant - Expat Relation [Based in Philippines]
Responsible in expat end-to-end recruitment and orientation.
Monitor and update various advertisements on expat recruitment campaigns.
Meet expat headcount targets within given time frame.
Ensures high expat retention in company by assisting their welfare and concerns, via coordinating with other HR personnel and departments involved.
Propose new processes and systems that will be beneficial to expat staff.
Assist in helping expats understand and adhere company policy and HR SOP through as orientation, counseling, exit clearance and interview.
Assist and facilitate employee concerns in absence of HR local staf
Excellent English communication skills with good Mandarin communication skills. Any other languages will be advantageous to your application
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in HR, specifically but not only recruitment
Graduate with a Degree is any field.
Must have the professional maturity to handle confidential information.
Knowledgeable in Jobstreet, Linked In and other social media recruitment sites.
